3. How we use your data

We process personal data for the following purposes and legal bases:

    – Operating AI agents and integrations (e.g., website, WhatsApp, calendar, CRM)

  • To communicate with you (Art. 6(1)(b) & (f))
    – Responding to inquiries, support requests, and demo calls
    – Sending important service updates

  • To process payments (Art. 6(1)(b))
    – Handling subscriptions and billing via Stripe (or other payment providers)

    – Monitoring performance, preventing abuse, and analyzing anonymised trends

4. Data retention

  • Account and billing records: kept as required by law (typically up to 7–10 years for tax/accounting).

  • Support and communication logs: kept as long as needed to provide support.

  • AI agent logs and conversation data: retained for up to 90 days, unless a client requests a different retention period or earlier deletion.

When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

5. Sharing your data & sub-processors

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with trusted service providers (“sub-processors”) who help us operate our services, such as:

  • Hostinger – website hosting & infrastructure

  • Stripe – payment processing

  • Crisp or Tidio – live chat widget and messaging

  • Calendly – scheduling demo calls

  • Make or Zapier – workflow automation and integrations

  • Google – email, calendar, and document storage (e.g. Google Workspace, Sheets)

  • Twilio / Meta WhatsApp Cloud API – messaging channels (if used)

These providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements and appropriate safeguards.

We may also share data when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights.

6. International transfers

Some of our providers may be located outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
When we transfer data outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as:
