Free · Once per organization · Five a month

Your first audit is on us

Pick the task in your business that repeats and wastes the most time. We map how it runs now, analyze where the hours actually go, recommend what is worth automating and what is not, and hand you a plan and a fixed quotation for the work. One audit per organization, free, at the start of working together — and the document is yours to keep whether or not anything follows.

Why we do this for nothing

Aigenflow AI is early as a business. We have no case studies to show you and no client logos we have been given permission to publish, and we are not going to invent either. That leaves one honest way to earn a first conversation: do a piece of real work and let you judge it.

So the audit is not a brochure, a readiness score or a discovery call with a deck at the end. It is the first stage of a real engagement — the mapping exercise we would run anyway — handed over as a document whether or not anything follows.

The commercial logic is not hidden: roughly a third of audits turn up something worth building, and we would like to be the ones who build it. The other two thirds end with us telling you to change a setting, connect two tools you already pay for, or leave it alone. Both outcomes are fine. Neither costs you anything.

It is one audit per organization, at the start. That is not a sales tactic — it is the honest shape of the thing. The first audit is how we meet, learn your business and earn the right to quote for work. Once we are working together, reviewing a second or third process is part of the engagement rather than something you ask for again as a freebie.

What happens, in order

Five working days from the first call, then a short review call. Nothing to prepare, no system access needed.

01

You describe the process

A short form, then a call of about forty-five minutes. We ask how the work is done now, who touches it, what the exceptions are and roughly how often it happens.

  • One process, chosen by you
  • Forty-five minutes of your time
  • No preparation, no documents required
02

We map it

Every step written down in order, with the time each one consumes and the tools involved. This alone is often the useful part — most processes have never been written down anywhere.

  • Step-by-step process map
  • Where the hours go, by step
  • Which steps carry real judgment and which only look like they do
03

We separate what is worth building

A shortlist of what would genuinely pay for itself, and an explicit list of what would not. The second list matters more, and almost nobody will give it to you for free.

  • Worth systematizing, with the reasoning
  • Not worth it, with the reasoning
  • Simpler non-AI fixes, where they exist
04

You get it in writing

Three to four pages, in plain language, sent by email within five working days of the call. Four things, in this order.

  • Analysis — how the process runs now and where the hours go
  • Recommendations — what is worth systematizing, what is not, and the simpler non-AI fix where one exists
  • A plan — what would be built, in what order, and what it would change
  • A quotation — a fixed price and timeline for that plan, with exclusions written down
05

We walk you through it

A short call to go through the analysis and the quote, answer the obvious questions and correct anything we have misunderstood about your business. This is also where we tell you if we think you should not go ahead.

  • Twenty to thirty minutes, no presentation
  • Your corrections go into the document
  • An honest view, including when the answer is to do nothing
06

You decide, or you do not

If you want the build, the quotation already stands and we agree a start date. If not, that is genuinely the end of it — one follow-up email, and nothing after that.

  • No obligation of any kind
  • The quotation holds for 60 days
  • One follow-up, then we leave you alone

What this audit is not

The specific things we have decided not to do, so you know what you are agreeing to.

  • It is not a sales call with a document attached. The findings are written before we know whether you want to buy anything.
  • It is not a generic "AI readiness" report. Those are templates. This is about one process in your business.
  • It does not cover your whole organization. One process, done properly, beats a survey of twelve.
  • It is not a standing free service. One audit per organization, at the start — after that, further process reviews belong inside a paid engagement.
  • It will not recommend AI where a simpler fix would do the job, because that is how you end up maintaining something you did not need.
  • It does not come with a deadline, a discount that expires, or a second and third call you did not ask for.
  • It is not published anywhere. Your process does not become a case study without your written permission.

Processes this usually fits

Examples, not a menu. The common factor is repetition and a person moving work between tools.

Inquiries and intake

  • A shared inbox nobody owns
  • Inquiries re-typed into a CRM by hand
  • Quotes assembled from the same few templates
  • Leads that go cold over a weekend

The phone

  • Calls missed out of hours or in busy periods
  • Bookings lost because nobody picked up
  • No record of what was said
  • One person's day broken up by the handset

Documents and data

  • Figures copied between a PDF and a spreadsheet
  • Invoices or delivery notes keyed in manually
  • The same report rebuilt every month
  • Answers that live in one person's head

Handovers between tools

  • Two systems that never talk to each other
  • A spreadsheet acting as the glue
  • Status chased over chat and email
  • Work that stalls until someone remembers it

Request an audit

One per organization, five a month, because one person delivers them properly. We reply within one working day, and we will say so plainly if your situation is not a fit.

Or email hello@aigenflow.net directly. We store your message to answer it, nothing else. See our privacy policy.

If this month's five are taken, we will say so when we reply and offer you the next one — not a waiting-list email sequence.

The things people ask first

Is the audit really free?

Yes. No charge, no card, no obligation to buy anything afterwards. You keep the written findings whether or not we ever work together.

Why is it free?

We are early and have no case studies to point at yet. We would rather earn the first conversations by doing real work than by making claims about ourselves. The audit is that work.

What is the catch?

The limits are capacity and scope, not conditions. One audit per organization, at the start. Five a month, because one person delivers them properly. One process rather than your whole business. And we will tell you when nothing is worth building, which is the opposite of a catch.

What do I actually receive?

A written document of three to four pages, containing four things: an analysis of how the process runs now and where the hours go; recommendations on what is worth systematizing and what is not; a plan for what would be built and in what order; and a quotation — fixed price, timeline and written exclusions. Then a short call to walk you through it.

Can we have a second free audit later?

The free audit is one per organization, at the start. Once we are working together, reviewing further processes is part of the engagement rather than something you ask for again. If we never ended up working together and your business has changed substantially, ask — we will not be rigid about it, but it is not a standing free service.

Does the quotation commit us to anything?

No. It is a fixed price and timeline that holds for 60 days, so you can consider it, take it to a colleague or ignore it. No deposit, no expiring discount, no automatic follow-up sequence.

How much of my time does it take?

One call of about forty-five minutes, plus a few follow-up questions by email. Nothing to prepare and no system access needed.

Who is it for?

Roughly 5 to 200 people, with a process that repeats and costs hours every week — professional services, clinics, logistics, trades, property, e-commerce. The common factor is repetition, not an industry.

What if nothing is worth automating?

Then the findings say so. About as often the answer is simpler than AI: a setting changed, two tools connected, a step deleted. We write that down rather than sell you a system you would have to maintain.

Do you need access to our systems?

No. The audit is a conversation and a mapping exercise. If a build follows, access is scoped at that point, documented, and limited to exactly what the system needs.

Can you do this if we are not in Cyprus?

Yes. It is remote and runs in English, so geography only affects finding an hour that suits us both. We are based in Cyprus and work across Europe, and with North America in the afternoon.

What happens to the information we share?

It is used to answer your inquiry and write your findings, nothing else. Not shared, not sold, not published. Your process never becomes a case study without your written permission.

Bring us the process that frustrates you.

One free audit per organization, five a month. You get the analysis, the recommendations, a plan and a fixed quotation — and if AI is not the right answer for your situation, the document will say so.
