Let’s talk
Bring us a process that frustrates you
A first conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing. If we do not think AI is the right answer for your situation, we will say so.

Tell us what you need
Describe the process that frustrates you. We reply within one working day, and we will say plainly if AI is not the right answer.
The things people ask first
What businesses do you help?
Small and mid-sized organizations that have outgrown their manual processes — typically 5 to 200 people, in professional services, healthcare, logistics, trades, e-commerce and property. The common factor is repeated work, not an industry.
What is AI automation?
Building systems that carry out work your team repeats, following rules you set. AI is useful for the parts needing interpretation — reading an email, classifying a request, drafting a first response, pulling a figure out of a document. The rest is ordinary, reliable software.
What is an AI agent?
Software that can read context, decide what to do next and take a defined set of actions. The important design decisions are the boundaries: what it is allowed to touch, and where a person must approve before anything happens.
What is MCP?
The Model Context Protocol, an open standard for giving AI tools controlled access to real systems. Instead of pasting data into a chat window, an assistant reads live records through explicitly scoped tools — so answers reflect reality, and access is limited to what you allow.
Can you work with our existing tools?
Usually, yes. Most engagements connect what you already pay for rather than replacing it. If a tool genuinely cannot be connected, we will say so early.
Do we need technical knowledge?
No. You need to know how your business works. We handle the rest, and document it so your team can run it without us.
How long does a project take?
It depends entirely on scope, and we will not quote a timeline before understanding yours. Small automations are often live within a few weeks; a portal or a voice system takes longer.
Can you provide ongoing support?
Yes. Systems drift as the business changes, so most clients keep a light review arrangement. It is optional, and never a condition of the build.
Can you build a private AI system?
Yes. Where data cannot leave your control, we design around that — self-hosted models, private deployments, or keeping sensitive data out of the AI path entirely.
How do you protect our data?
Least privilege by default: a system gets access to what it needs and nothing else. Actions are logged, permissions are documented, and anything carrying real consequence waits for a person.
